Refund Policy

All SEO Support services are professional digital services customised to each client. We encourage direct contact before any refund request - most concerns resolve quickly.

1. One-Time Services

1.1 Before work begins

Full refund if cancelled before work commences. Work begins once we send the onboarding questionnaire or request account access.

1.2 After work begins

No refund once work has started. Partial credit toward future services may be offered at our discretion if work is incomplete at cancellation.

1.3 Non-delivery

If we fail to deliver within twice the stated timeline due to circumstances within our control, a full refund is available on request.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

2.1 Monthly billing

No refund once a billing period starts and work has been scheduled.

2.2 First-month concerns

Contact us within 7 calendar days of first delivery if dissatisfied. We will work to resolve. Partial credit may be issued at our discretion if unable to resolve.

2.3 Minimum commitment

Cancelling during the 3-month minimum does not waive payment obligations for the remaining minimum term.

3. Qualifying Circumstances

3.1 Failure to deliver

If we fail to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control and cannot remedy within a reasonable timeframe, we will pro-rate a refund for undelivered work.

3.2 Duplicate charges

Duplicate charges refunded in full within 5 business days of confirmation.

4. Non-Qualifying Circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with search rankings (outside our control)
• Delays caused by your failure to provide access or information
• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Cancellation during minimum commitment period
• Accepted and used deliverables

5. How to Request

• Include name, purchase email, and description of concern
• Response within 2 business days, decision within 7
• Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 10 business days
