Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client") and SEO Support ("we"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SEO Support provides digital marketing services including on-page SEO, link acquisition, technical audits, local search, SEO consulting, and content production. All services are digital. No physical goods are provided.

2. Payment

2.1 Pricing

All prices are in USD. Flat rates only. No ad spend management or percentage fees.

2.2 Billing

Monthly retainers billed in advance on the same calendar day each month via Stripe. We do not store card details.

2.3 Late payments

Failure to pay: notification within 2 business days. Services may suspend after 10 calendar days of outstanding balance. Termination after 30 days of suspension.

3. Minimum Commitment and Cancellation

3.1 Retainer minimum

Three (3) month minimum for all retainer services. One-time services have no minimum.

3.2 After minimum

Either party may cancel with thirty (30) calendar days written notice. Services and billing continue through the notice period.

3.3 Early termination

Terminating during the minimum period does not relieve payment obligations for the remaining minimum term.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide account access within 5 business days
• Complete onboarding within 5 business days
• Respond to information requests within 5 business days
• Notify us of changes affecting our work

5. Intellectual Property

All content and reports delivered to you become your property upon full payment. Our methodologies and tools remain our property.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 No ranking guarantees

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engines are operated by third parties.

6.2 Liability cap

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three preceding months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Disputes resolved first by negotiation, then binding arbitration in Pontotoc County, MS under AAA rules.
